This was an amazing and very useful app. We were rolling along, I purchased the premium and shared with 5 others. Then one day, it no longer offered the tabs that I’d previously been using. I messaged in the app for help, no response. I couldn’t delete it and there were no updates to the app. I now have to find another planning tool and input all of my previous data that I’d entered over the last 10 months. Unfortunately, I had recommended this app to others, but I won’t recommend anymore.

Loving the app it’s super helpful organize and keep tasks timely but my task bar does not show the icons at the bottom. I cannot report a problem through the app or App Store support. A bug update would be appreciated so I don’t have to transfer all progress to a new app.

App is okay, not super intuitive or user friendly. Very difficult to bring up tasks and vendors. About the only thing I can do is update the guest list.

I used to be able to scroll on tasks in order completed it no long lets me do that

this app has loads of bugs and isn’t compatible with anything. no updates and no responses. the help page doesn’t even load. wasted a lot of time plugging things in just to have to do it with another app.

I think they take all the stress away from planning out a wedding & im planning a small wedding

This app is amazing! Even better than TheKnot or Wedding Wire for managing a budget and tracking wedding expenses. PROS 1. It comes preloaded with a recommended to-do list and timeline for wedding preparations, but you can add new tasks and remove the pre-populated ones as needed. 2. You can import vendors from your contact list and track them against payments and tasks. 3. You can keep track of expenditures by cash payments, credit card, etc. 4. The budget keeps track of how much you have spent and how much you have remaining, as well as average cost per guest. 5. Best of all, you can invite others to help plan (wedding coordinator ,finance, MOH, etc). 6. Very user-friendly with a simple interface. CONS: My only limit is that I wasn’t able to export my budget or data, but a very minor limitation.

I spend hours entering the guest list and customizing tasks. Now the app will not update and sync the data. I even spent additional money to add a user - complete waste of time and money

This app has it all. Syncs with contacts and calendar. Fully customizable, and all of it is free unless you want to allow additional people to plan.

I have tried to reach out with messages several times to get help with changing some details and no one will respond. The app is not recognizing any locations so I can’t change where the wedding is happening. When trying to access the help section of the app there is an error and it will not open. Very disappointed that I paid the upgrade fee and may not be able to use the app due to errors and lack of communication.

The site functionality doesn’t allow for exporting your invite list which is crucial when doing invites and without it there’s no real value in the app

Hi. How do I print a listing of the wedding attendee selection identifying whether that have accepted, declined and their chosen menu selection? I tried using the help function on the app and it allows errors out. I’ve gone to the export wedding data and it only prints out the tasks and their disposition. I’d really appreciate your assistance. Thanks.

All inclusive app for wedding planning. Would love to be able to alphabetize the guest list and to add task categories.

I absolutely love this app! My daughter and I can work jointly on task without guessing what needs to happen next. So far, the only drawback is that when making notes on task, if inserting a website, it does not make a functioning hyperlink. As we are researching different vendors, we list them out in the notes but we have to copy and paste the website into a browser. Not a dealbreaker in terms of using the app, but it would be a nice feature to add in an update.

As the MOBx2, I used this app for both my girls weddings. Her father and I paid for both so knowing how much, who and when needed to be paid help keep the big days in budget. Now going to try it with our son who’s newly engaged.

Awesome and clear task list without any ads or promotions from vendors. Ability to split total vendor cost by deposits which is super helpful. You are also able to see total spent, total committed (future payments due) against your total preferred budget. I have not found this feature to be as robust in other wedding planning apps. Another awesome feature is the change log for who marked something as done, updated amounts, etc. Obviously not a one stop shop for all things wedding (e.g. no website, no way to track vendor messages within the app, etc.) but honestly i enjoy focused apps like this more because I find them less cluttered and more intuitive.

Should be able to alphabetize the guest list names without going through them all to find a guest to add an address or see if they are on the list. Would be nice to print out address labels from the guest list for thank you cards, shower invitations, save the date and invitation.

Hard to get married. The app was helpful for keeping track of process.

This app is taking so much stress out of planning my own wedding. It has tasks and timelines for those tasks. You can add notes and do research right in the app. It also has a countdown to the big day which makes me SO NERVOUS but also keeps me on track. I don’t know where I would be right now without this app.

I wanted to love this app and I gave it so many tries, but every time I refreshed the app it would completely delete a bunch of wedding guests!! It got too confusing to figure out who had been removed so I had to stop using it

I am getting married on 8/6/2023. I am not getting a wedding planner. So this app has kept me so organized since I started planning. The app tells me what task I should be doing. Also, when I should complete important tasks by dates. I love this app. ButlerE

Ease of use is incredible and able to share with others. Never crashed once or failed me in any way. Used this for my destination wedding which would’ve been really complicated without this. Didn’t have to write one note down on paper or additional reminders in my phone, ever, thanks to this app.

We enjoyed WeddingHappy for how well designed it is. It helped us organize a wonderful event. Recommend!

I used the knot for everything else but this to do list is far superior!

This app helped me tremendously with planning my wedding, staying on track and knowing what I was in for with spending. I recommend this app for brides that don’t have planners

I’m organized in peace without hassle! Great ideas.

The app does the job for budgeting and tracking wedding expenses and vendors. However don’t expect a one stop planner that covers guest seating, song lists and the myriad of other details that goes into a wedding plan. I would have given a higher rating if not for the lack of support. I’ve sent several in app messages to the developer and have yet to receive a reply to a single message. Perhaps this review might get their attention.

Before you throw away precious little or large money on a hand written planner( one that doesn’t give reminders) DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DOWNLOAD THIS APP - truly trust me - you won’t regret it

I used this app to plan my daughter’s wedding in 2014 and loved it!!! Love the simplicity yet kept me on track! Love that it shows the percentage left to do!! Other apps are too busy!!!! I’m ready to plan another daughter’s wedding!! How do I reset it to get rid of the 2014 info so I have a blank slate to plan the next wedding???

What I absolutely love about this app is the fact that it bases your timeline on your wedding date and not your engagement date. I’ve been so stressed by another wedding planning app that had based my timeline on my engagement date (which was 3 years before my actual wedding). It had me so stressed and screwed up because I was “behind” on so many things. How could I be behind before I even get started? Thank you 1000x for making this app. I see a lot less stress in my wedding planning future!

Kept my budget visible and kept me on track with reminders. Allows you to enter all necessary information you need to carry your wedding plans through. It was truly a blessing to use on this iPhone!!!

WedHappy made planning my Daughter’s Wedding so much easier than trying to do it alone. It led you every step of the way. I didn’t even need a planner until the month of. I had everyone in place and all vendors selected and paid for right on time. You should not start planning without this app.

It allowed me to track everything I needed to do for my wedding with ease. It made it less stressful since it was already planned out and you can change dates on things to your schedule but I will say it’s a wonderful app. If your getting married and need something to help you keep track then I suggest using this app!

If you are looking for a wedding planning app without all the busyness of some of the others, this is for you. I tried using the more popular app at first but it was too time consuming and more involved than I needed. Wed Happy has clean, clear and simple to use task lists that can be tailored for your needs. I was extremely happy with this app!

I like it a lot, but I would like to customize it more. Have comments for everything, more ways to edit more personalized on each topic. On the list of to hire and to do’s please have optional: yes no maybe buttons. That way I don’t see it if I pick no. I can utilized it if I say yes. And if I pick maybe, put it in yellow at the bottom under not at this time.

I love using Wed Happy. This app kept me on track with tasks to do and timelines for my daughters wedding. I only went over budget by $235.00 but I was happy with that despite I paid for it all with no help from the grooms family. I am already using We’d App for my sons wedding next June.

This app makes budgeting and creating a wedding timeline easy. Everything is presented in a clear and easy to navigate format. I am using this in combination with TheKnot App because I didn’t like their budgeting tool, which in my mind is the most important aspect of planning my wedding. Highly recommend!

This app was very useful with staying on top of payments, to do’s,& just about everything you could just over look with all the hustle and bustle i recommend if your planning your own wedding this makes things organized

Best wedding planner app ever! It is a must for anyone planning your big day and it keeps tasks, vendor, payments all organized. Having worked in technology for a number of years this is one of the best GUI and user experience app that I have ever seen!

I used this app in 2017 when I got married. It was a great tool to help me keep track of our wedding to-do’s.

I love planning weddings with this app. It’s user friendly and I really like that I can invite my clients to plan so they can see their task and due dates and everyone is on the same page.

The app has everything you can think of and if it doesn’t you can add it. Helps u search for vendors. Let’s you know when you should be completing tasks and payments are due. Awesome. Super helpful for the big day.

I used the free version and it was a great tool when planning my wedding. It gave my appropriate deadlines to complete tasks so that nothing was left last minute. It was also great for keep long track of how much I spent on my wedding. Little costs added up and I was well aware of when I was approaching the end of my budget.

This app was an easy place to keep all the little details, vendor contact information, and a breakdown of our wedding budget and expenses. This app is not your typical heteronormative wedding app, which I appreciated.

Wedding day has passed and thanks to this app I was organized and prepared! Wonderful app!

So it was really hard finding an app that actually help me keep track of my budget and dates and services. I think this one was honestly the best, and there was no commercials. So give it a try and hopefully it will work with what you’re planning. I also really like the countdown days and post marriage it tells me how long I’ve been married which is kind of cool to occasionally I’ll get notifications so be sure to turn on your notifications it says because then you’ll really get the full use of the app. Thanks WEDHAPPY – you made my special day much easier!!
